"That of which we shall not speak" has taken up residence in over 1/3 of the heads in our student body.
School has been cancelled for Friday.
My class is not affected, but I happen to be an unofficial expert--thank you, third grade musical 2009--and ran back and forth all day, confirming the presence of nitz (misspelled on purpose)!
They cancel school for that?? At our school last year we had a huge outbreak but it was the week of testing so they just stopped checking the students until after testing was over! Of course, most of our parents don't bother to treat with shampoos and such, we just know its going around when little girls start showing up with baseball caps on to hide the fact that their parents shaved them bald! I had one sweet darling last year that wore a hat for 3 months straight, and I just ignored the dress code violation because I knew she would be mortified if I made her take it off.
