LOVE week 2

Best Party Ever!!!  The icing stayed on the plates, paint washed up with ease, games clicked along like a well-oiled machine.  I actually prayed that the day would end well.  We 'enjoyed' an all-school field trip to the skating rink from 8:30-11:30.  Just remembering how stressed I was (four students in my car!) requires some deep breathing.  In, 2, 3, Out, 2, 3.    That's better!

Rounding out the week with a Leo Lionni author study...
after reading "Inch By Inch", we worked in pairs 
and used one inch long, green pipe cleaners
to measure a variety of items.
