A Seusstastic Week!

"Oh, We Had A Ton Of Fun!"
Hilarious hair, silly sunglasses, wacky Wednesday, and a busy birthday....we had a fantabulous time in kindergarten this week!

I had to sneak in this pic of President Lincoln--
I think my kinders captured his angst quite well!

Next week, we are all about the weather!
Here in the heartland, March definitely came in like a lion.
To all of those who experienced a tornado in the past few days, our prayers are with you!

  1. So much fun - love the wacky hair!!
We are studying weather, too. It's a great time for it.
How have I ever noticed that you only have 8 kids? Is that all you have? Were the other 24 kids too shy to be in the picture? :)

  2. The kids are so adorable in those photos!!!

    Apples and ABC's

  3. oh my word, how cute is that hair?! What a fun week!

  4. Thanks, everyone, for the fun comments! :-)

Kristen, I actually have ten students (you still hate me, right?!) but two were absent. The class max is 15. The year began with 12 kinders and then 2 moved away. At report card time, I am truly happy to have a small class. But, I pray to be at capacity or beyond next year. A small class finishes things at lightning speed--I plan extra activities for every day. On the other hand, every kinder is reading at an 89% or above fluency rate with books leveled at or above a GLE of 1.1. A few are sailing past 2.3. And THAT is seriously fun to see!

Thanks for being part of my story!
