We do progress reports at each mid-quarter,
in addition to report cards for four quarters.  

The progress reports are quite detailed!  

I've decided to try keeping short note records for each student, 

on a weekly basis, in regards to work habits and behavior.

The document is simple, but I'm happy to share!
